“NZD 3,500 deposit fully deducted no refund after 12 days”

Scotties needs badly some investment into office infrastructure and staff; as is, only backpackers standard. In particular frustrated to note after lease that the said blocking of the NZD 3,500 deposit has been in fact a full deduction. 12 days after return of vehicle (no complaints or damages)no refund, no communication. So, this was been a clear lie from Scotties at AKL airport office. This happens the very first time to me, using car hire 6-10 times p.a. sorry, guys, but clearly a NO in terms of recommendations to friends.
