I had moved into a house where there was a Matki New Classica straight corner shower uni fitted in 2008 and I was left the warranty as there was an issue with the sliding door fitting so I had emailed to inquire if this would be covered, Matki did advise the warranty was with the previous owner however they confirmed they would still replace the part and better still send an engineer to sort it out!!
The engineer fixed the problem spent time checking it all over and even ordered us a replacement part that arrived 2 days later - I can't say enough about how fantastic they are and clearly shows their commitment to product and customer satisfaction!
Would recommend to anyone and how customer service should be!
