“Incredible Customer Service!”

I ordered a ring from Lloyds Family Jewellery to add to my wedding set and from the start Mathew's customer service was incredible. Unfortunately the ring, although beautiful, wasn't quite right for my set but the return and order cancellation was dealt with very quickly and easily. Mathew also helped with trying to find me an alternative and even kindly took photos of various styles for me to look at. Mathew was always very quick to respond to emails and always incredibly helpful. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to others. The jewellery is excellent quality, the prices can't be beaten and the delivery very fast too. Thank you again Mathew!
