“ORTHOdeluxe mattress #fail”

The mattress was comfortable for the first week and then became progressively more uncomfortable, despite turning it weekly. Now I wake up every morning having slept really uncomfortably and am therefore not at all rested. My body aches when I wake up and my back hurts, so I will be visiting a chiropractor soon. I can feel the springs right through the mattress fabric and it is as if they have lost most of their spring. If I could put no stars, I would.

I have contacted Beds & Bunks telephonically - was told to email them, which I did 2 weeks ago, but have had NO RESPONSE :(

I was really disappointed in the mattress quality - especially since it's their "deluxe" version. Now I am EVEN MORE DISAPPOINTED in the company's lack of customer service.
