“Damaged tins sent in Jiffy bag ”

Ordered liquid dog food for puppy with anorexia. They sent in Jiffy bag, all dented. Immediately rang them and emailed pic of damage. Told they do not refund or replace faulty or damaged tins. I offered to send back and they said I had to pay postage.
Then told couriers fault.. How when in Jiffy bag? Not even a fragile sticker in place.

After at least 10 emails from 4 different people still no resolve to issue

Please do not use this company as they have awful customer service and after sales service .
