“New Car Buying Experience”

We have bought 2 new cars in the past 2 years. In each case we have felt comfortable at every stage of the process. Having done a thorough research job, we found the prices unbeatable, and part exchange values very fair.
The initial information was excellent and any additional that we asked for was sent promptly.
The paperwork from quotes to invoices and the receipt of log books went without a hitch.
Delivery was convenient and efficient.
We never felt that we were being pressurised, but rather as if we were leading the process.
We felt comfortable at every stage of what was a very professional process.
