Ordered a Muddy Fox mountain bike on 25th November - a Christmas present for my son. After a few days I checked the website for my order and alarm bells started ringing. No contact number on the website and no response back from the email address. Eventually managed to get a response back from a different email address on the 29th November confirming the order would be with me within the week.
No further communication and no delivery of the mountain bike. Luckily I paid for this on credit card and the money has been refunded by my bank. From reading the reviews it would seem others were not so fortunate.


Reported to Trading Standards. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
