“poor service”

book a holiday using easy jet did not tell us about no baggage being booked on. Tried to rectify and could not. Sent us to a hotel that smelled of sewage with paint peeling, etc. Overcharged for transfer from the airport. Answer - we are sorry that we can do nothing but understand why you are upset!!
