The absolute worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to experience. I have been trying to contact customer service for 4 days with no success, constantly fobbed off and told to email them. Emailed 3 days ago and no response whatsoever, contacted again via twitter to try and find out what's happening to be told that they have no record of receiving my email! They confirmed 3 days ago that they had received it and it was in a queue. Told to send another email and they'll respond as soon as possible - erm... I've already waited 3 days for a response, now you want me to wait another 3 days for you to not bother responding again?? Staff on twitter are completely pointless - granted they respond almost immediately, but all they tell you to do is email them, apparently they cannot apparently assist in any way whatsoever. Terrible experience and from the number of other bad reviews I've seen I'm clearly not alone! I will never shop with very again and will be warning everyone I can about what a terrible company they are and strongly advising that they make their purchase elsewhere!
