“Terrible customer service”

Visited kwik fit Sevenoaks way Orpington for a new tyre. Yes sir leave us the keys and we will replace it and it will be about 20 mins. 1hr 50 mins later I get told tyre was not in stock and to come back tomorrow. Reluctantly I returned the following day waited 2 hrs got so annoyed as did other customers and in the end left without tyre being replaced. The centre is not managed properly whatsoever and the reception is under staffed. I would never use or recommend kwik fit to anyone. How can such a big successful company be run so badly.
As for simple customer service tell customer how long it will take and if the product is in stock before you go any further.
What an absolute waste of time.
