Wallace Sack is the worst company ever do not ever shop there.
Ordered the sofa from there website mid November 2016, it still hasn't arrived.
Payed in full, no one answers the phone. Stopped answering this ticketing system message rubbish they have to filter through what seems to be endless complaints, judging by the reviews on here.
I couldn't spend christmas in my first new home with my 7 month old son (his first christmas). Now new years celebrations too.
If I recieve the sofa, it will be a miracle.
Had to chase them to put my order to dispatch only for their delivery company to refer me back to wallace sack.
Customer service is disgraceful. No one knows anything.
Excuses with no solutions. It's a nightmare.
With little to no money left. I was so stupid to invest my hard earned cash with them.
They need to be investigated as I'm sure they a breaking some sort of laws.
Now out of pocket and helpless.
I wish I had known about this terrible company before purchasing.
