Iv bought over 4 cars over the last year and all of them have been poorly described
1st was described as front damage with minor dents and scratches when I had the car collected the car also needed a rear tailgate and rear panel
2nd car was described ok
3rd car was described as dents and scratches but had a major electricle fault
4th front and front corner but when collected stereo missing spare wheel missing jack missing and 1 rear headrest missing but the main thing was osf suspension snapped so the whole osf suspension driveshaft wishbone drop links had to be replaced
but whenever you ring to complain they come up with the line its up to the buyer to come and check the cars but surely when your buying online you are taking their worded description as fact but they seem to rely on their terms and conditions cover themselves completely
Lastly i bought a car thinking it was from the Rochford Essex as auction date was Tuesday but car turned out to be in peterlee near Durham way to far to collect and too expensive for delivery so was forced to pay for the car or pay a relisting fee of £250 wow really but they have you by the balls so I payed the relisting fee
