“worst experience ever”

It's been almost 6 months I have not received an update on my ticket / email.

I have tried more than 10 times to call them without any luck.

I have spent more than 2 hrs waiting on the phone and wasted my time and my money.

I still have not managed to get my work done.

I have a voucher that I cannot use. - tried more than 5 times.

this is ridiculous - probably a waste of my time writing here as well.
