“One strep up from useless ”

I hope If I ever sell a property again I never have this misfortune of having house simple involved in the chain. Whilst I am not using them my buyer is they are completely and utterly useless. They have held up the whole process the keep asking the same questions over and over again which were answered by my solicitors on 3 different occasions.
We were supposed to complete and exchange by the end of November and we are now 2 days before Christmas and this has still not happened. What has made me even more angry is that I was supposed to exchange and complete this week but because the idiot at house simple did not tell the buyer of my buyers house this would be the case. So well the 2 of were all good to go the 3 person in the chain had no idea and therefore none of this will happen until the new year.
Well done house simple, completely ruined 3 different peoples Christmas.
A truly useless, disorganized, incompetent organisation, sometimes it is not worth cutting corners to save a few pounds as this company is a fine example of what can and from what I have read recently frequently goes wrong when using a too bit operation.
