“STAFF NEED GLASSES!!!!! ”

Took a parcel (on-line returns) to High Lane Post Office with a pre-printed R2 returns label on front (my sender details written in a tiny box in tiny writing on bottom edge of label as requested by company returning item to) and lo and behold this parcel was delivered back to me two days later. No-one with any kind of intelligence looking at that label would have selected my sender address to deliver it to. Come on Royal Mail don't know where you get your Christmas Staff from but you might want to check if they need glasses next time. Much inconvenience and stress. This is why I have switched to using couriers for anything I normally send and this is why you are losing business. My parents who live on the next road also had a parcel delivered a few days ago which was clearly addressed to same name road but a totally different area - (yes this would have been the same post person by the way)
