DO NOT USE REFACE! Their tiler managed to tile over the edge of both of our kitchen windows meaning they were unable to be opened. Gave up after 2 months of trying to get this resolved. We needed to get the wall re-plastered as all the tiles had to be removed. 'Customer service' (although I struggle to use that term) was unbelievable to non existent. We were repeatedly called liars (despite them lying on the phone on the rare occasion when we were actually able to get in touch with someone to try and resolve the numerous issues) We supposedly damaged the glass splashback that also had to be replaced - it was their own tilers who pointed out the damage when the cellophane protective cover was removed. Also had a director crying on the phone before hanging up on us. In the end we were out of pocket as we had to pay to get their mistakes fixed. I could go on but I have wasted enough of my time on this joke of a company.
