“Overcharge, rubbish complaints system”

Not happy with them thinking it's ok to just take money from your credit card. Complicated complaints procedure resulting in a partial refund and closing the complaint and telling me to ring Germany,NOT good enough!!!
Would not use again, would not recommend.
