“Disappointed with vouchers purchase”

Ordered £100 of vouchers online for a gift.
Received four £25 vouchers in the post; one of the vouchers had a bit missing off the end where it had been torn out of a pad badly.
There was no gift card or special envelope, nothing. They were simply inside a folded A4 letter.
If you buy gift vouchers in any store you get offered a choice of cards and an envelope. Had to go out and buy a card and envelope myself to give the present in.
