“Really tardy delivery”

Took 4 days to dispatch order and delivery time is 3-5 working days, which is pretty poor. I don't mind the delivery time since it's just Royal Mail 2nd class, but 4 days to rummage through a warehouse to put a t-shirt in a jiffy bag means I won't be ordering from here again unless I have to.
