Have had my account hacked into, email address, phone numbers, password changed, orders made, had an email thanking me for updating my account, when I phoned, it turns out someone has changed my details & placed at least two orders, first one was due tomorrow ! They have deleted my account & told me to contact Action Fraud. However after looking online it would appear that this has been going on for years ! Sainsbury security is obviously awful & I will not be shopping online with them again. No apology at all from Sainsburys, shocking !
