“Terrible Experience”

I bought load tested Assassin GT alloy wheels for my van. Within days one started to lose air from the newly fitted tyres yet the fitter insisted nothing was wrong. On the face of it this doesn't appear to be an issue for the wheel manufacturer, but a year later it turned out there was a crack on the inside wheel rim. The seller blamed the manufacturer; Wolfrace blamed the seller for fitting the wrong tyres; yet after me pressing both for weeks they colluded and decided it must have been my fault for driving over a pothole.

In addition to this the centre caps just don't stay on. Having paid for 3 replacements at £20 each I complained about this too, to be told 3 new ones would be sent to me. After calling multiple times ("they'll be on the way this week"; "they were sent and returned"; "we'll send them tomorrow"; "sorry, the sales manager you are dealing with isn't available" - this last one repeated again and again) I have decided that we have no option but to write off £940 worth of wheels and tyres.

I will never deal with this company again, and will ensure every admirer of my VW T5 campervan is aware of this dreadful experience and never contemplates buying Wolfrace alloy wheels.
