“Beware Design Fault ”

If you have any problems with your Mini and are not happy with the Price that they have given you then do not accept 1st time offer. Especially if it should be covered under a call back, even if outside of the Warranty period.

There was a Design default with my Mini, with the Oil clogging up due to Condensation build up with the Engine Cover. I was told that it had to be changed so I said go ahead. I was then given a large bill, which I said that it should be paid for by them and the Service person agreed, but they said is was too late to give any money off as I had already said to go ahead. I was also told that this may need to be replaced again in about a year unless I pay for extra Services.

This was a Design Fault confirmed by Mini and should have been treated as a Recall, have sold it and will never get one again.
