“Worst remittance company.”

I Sent the money for free charge but it will take 5 days before the money is received by the recipient. This time I am sending a bigger amount, $1000. When the recipient will get the money, there were lots of problems in the system. There is no problem at all in terms of receiver's and sender's data since I am using their service for several times when I sent lesser amount like $100. After several calls and complaints, they tried to act as if they are resolving the problem. Then later they cancelled the transaction without valid reason. Their policy, RETURN THE AMOUNT, THAT WILL TAKE 7 DAYS TO PROCESS. They hold my money for 12 days. Who knows what TRANSFAST is doing with my money for 12 days. A WISE WAY TO HAVE MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS TEMPORARILY.

I WILL NEVER USE THE SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY AGAIN. SO BEWARE OF THIS.
