“Big sleeping bag!”

Great price, which hooked me in, but I bought this online and didn't realise quite how cumbersome it would be.

This isn't a hiking sleeping bag! It's fairly heavy and very large, as it's not very compressible. Unless you're camping out of a car, it'd certainly be worth investing in something lighter and more compact. I wouldn't buy it again, and will probably need something different to go light on long hikes.

It might just about do DofE, but even for that you'd probably prefer to save on weight and space by going smaller and lighter than this beast.

In short: don't bother, unless you're just looking for a cheap sack for a caravan or camping straight from your car.
