“Dissapointed”

Got to JFK/Thrifty and asked for my 4x4 to be told by the RUDEST service person i have ever come across that i would "get what they had!" i was in a Q4 class and might get a 4x4 or might not.
I explained i was driving over 250 miles upstate and at this time of year would probably run in to snow/ice and that is why i rented a Jeep - I was told again in over assertive terms you'll get what we have and she continued to tell me i "needed" a toll pass at around $150 and extra insurance, when i declined both of these it was like i personally offended her! She had no name tag on so i dont know her name but she was Black and very overweight.
I was given a 2015 VW Toureg which they told me was 4x4 but when i got in discovered it was not.
I was extremely tired from the flight and with the thought of the long drive ahead just didnt have the will to go back in an argue again.
I paid ALOT of money for a 4x4 and i am extremely disappointed not to have received what i paid for!
