I ordered 2 bikes as Xmas boxes for my grandchildren, after first checking that the bikes were in stock and could be delivered before Christmas, this was verified by the customer help line at B2udirect. I ordered the bikes Monday, 5/12, and they were delivered on the following Friday,9/12..Packaging by Raleigh was very good, no problems with assembly, (2 x 24inch girls mountain bikes). All in all very satisfied with service provided by Bikes2Udirect and would use them again
