“Damaged poor packing”

Having ordered the Cadac Pizza Stone as a Christmas present in plenty of time we received the item having been delivered to our home.
The item was badly damaged during delivery which was very disappointing.

The packaging consisted of the item packed into it's display box then into a plastic outer bag.
This was totally inadequate and offered no protection for handling during delivery.
We took the item back to our local store in cardiff who arranged a replacement to be sent to them from Swansea.
This has caused us two trips back to the store costing £12 in fuel.
Totally unacceptable due to poor packing!
