“Very Rude”

These people are very rude, I called to their customer support and after 5 or 6 calls when I finally found someone to talk was a lady, I insisted her to update me regarding the flights but she was not responding me in a positive way. She went away on hold and line went off. Again I called, I spoke to some guy with irrelevant english. He did not know how to talk to customers I guess. He was so rude that he shut the phone over my face. I can never thought of booking my flights with Dream World Travel. I came from Momondo but I regret now. Booked my flight 3 weeks back, never received anything .
