Good Points
Getting off the plane.

Entire flight from start to finish.

No free tap water

General Comments
I was flying for work when i boarded the Virgin Blue plane and made my way to the seat i could tell the quality of the srvice would be poorby the unprofessional and somewhat degarding welcome from VB's highly unprofessional and untrained cabin crew. Shore enough half anhour into the journey i got my work laptop out to annalise some data. it was quite late in the afternoon so it ws quite dark. i attempted to turn my overhaed light on, finding it did not work. i had a look around and noticed there were some spare seats close bye. i requested to be moved so i could comfotbally get on with my work at hand, i was told by the fligh attendent that these were there 3 chairs for them (mind u it was only a four hr flight) i requested to be upgraded and was refused i then offered to pay the difference however was also refused. i requested to spk to the cabin supervisor who treated me like a child calling me "Darl and Love" in a mnner which showed she did not care. i was finlly moved to seat up the back which had no room behind it to recline. it was possibly the worst trip i have ever endured. i would not reccomend anyone fly virgin at all and certaintly will not be utilising virgin flights again. also during this flight my credit card would not work in there machine so i could not even have a drink as you can only buy bottled water
