I took this service by getting attracted to their advertisement in TV. This is the most bhogus company I ever been with. I thought that I can call India unlimited with their calling plan of India 4vi (18.99£/month). After 2 months I got a warning email in my inbox saying that you not following the fair usage policy which is 2000 mins. They blocked my service. I called them up to get more information on it and the customer service representative explained that they have a fair usage policy which is 2000 mins. A customer using minutes more than that would be restricted. So I told how can I disconnect. They told that as you have not completed 3 months, then the disconnection fee would be (30£+23.99£=53.99£ in total). There is no other way and I need to pay that. So I told whats the lowest plan you have. So I downgraded to their lowest plan. They are miss-selling customers this way. Stupid company.
