Good Points
This is a Brazilian low budget flight Co. and taking in consideration their own country situation Gol has got good: prices, timing, onboard service, helpful crew.

Bad Points
After four trips with them I had not any major disappointmnet

General Comments
GOL's internet site is simple, efficient, allows to pay with major credit card and print straight away an e-ticket. Brazilians internal airports are a bit different from the ones in Europe and/or USA, therefore there might be some unsual situation like gate changes at the last minute, but this is not Gol's responsability to be honest. Once onboard, the crew is helpful and despite being a low budget currier, they will provide you some extra snacks and drinks on request. There no alcohol availability.
