General Comments
Air Asia ruined my vacation and cost me my time and boat load of money.
Furthermore, when I tried to reach them for a refund over the phone, I waited on the phone for roughly an hour, before giving up and going to the airport. When I got to the airport I waited in line for an hour and a half trying to get a refund. How did they compensate me for the trouble? They gave me a full refund, when it is really against their policy.
