Good Points
Cheap flights are what this airline is all about. The service is something you're not going to get. If you're keen on drinking beers then I suggest flying with Thai Airlines. They have great service, yet the price is three times as much.

Bad Points
You get what you pay for. No frills. Food looked plastic. I skipped it. You can pack some food into your hand luggage and eat that on the plane. I think this is the best option to save disappointment.

General Comments
I will be flying with them again, main reason being that the other airlines are a complete rip off. They also have a very large list of destinations now. Connecting you from Australia to London now.
