This is the best workout dvd I have ever come across, I would recommend it to anyone,you really do work up a sweat, does take time to get used to the steps, but when you do, you really enjoy it, the music is fab too, I love it and look forward to working out everyday for half an hr, you definitely tone up and lose weight, If you're looking for a fab workout dvd, go for this one.
