Arrived at Coral Sea to welcome drinks and cheerful, helpful staff, room was large, comfortable and clean. Food excellent, staff likewise, bottled water available morning, lunchtime and dinnertime in restaurant. Kid's made lots of friends and enjoyed pool's, beach, kids club (to watch DVD's, playstation or simply play with friends when they wanted a break from the sun!, recommend you take some vd's with you as you can play these there). Only downside was booking trips with First Choice! They omitted to tell me that we could not delay a trip when I'd got a tummy upset (most people do get one!) and you only get a 50% refund. And only after you have paid for a doctor's note!? I would not book any trips with F/C again, would recommend you book any boat trips with Company on beach, cheaper and the same trips (glass bottom boat etc) and one couple in our hotel who feel ill were allowed to delay their trip by 2 days.



Excellent holiday - will definitely go back. Hotel excellent, will go back next year.

However, First Choice - failed to advise me that I'd loose 50% of your money if if I couldn't make a trip due to illness (9 out of 10 people get a tummy upset for about 1/2 days). Also, Fist Choice wanted £10 per head for an in-flight meal which we did not pay, but were still given a meal on the aircraft which we were told was the airlines policy?
