Good Points
The order was completed within few days, staff was very helpfull by making a choice. I was offered a very wide range of products to choose from, depending on price and my requirements. They were not pushy at all as you may sometimes experience.
The under the sink water filtration unit I ordered was installed by very friendly and helpful engineer. Was given lots of advices of how to maintain the filter.

General Comments
I will be definately recomending Fresh Water Filter Company it to my friends.

Feel sure I purchased real value for money as all stainless steel parts are on 10 years guarantee.

Am currently considering installing water softener.

Generally, very happy with service provided :-)
