Good Points
Sometimes they answer the phone.

Bad Points
Their website does not show stock levels. They took my money straight away and didn't deliver. They may answer the phone, if you're lucky.

General Comments
I ordered a Weider Pro 4500 Multi Gym off their website for £345. After a couple of weeks, I hadn't received anything, so I called them up and said I wanted to cancel my order. CC Sports & Fitness said 'use our web form to cancel the order', so I did...and waited and called them...and waited and called them...and waited and called them...in the end I got a, BUT ONLY after getting the credit card company involved.
