“Good salon, however it is true that it depends...”

Good salon, however it is true that it depends entirely on the person you get, my mother always used to go there and get her hair cut by Debbie in Newcastle, who did brilliant cuts, however on my first time I just didn't really ask for anyone specifically and was stuck with an idiot, and thought I'm never going there again.



The next day when I realised just how terrible a cut it was I went and complained, received an excellent re-cut free of charge, and so far I haven't seen the idiot there, and now always get my hair cut there by the girl who re-cut my very curly, very manic hair.



If you get a bad cut COMPLAIN TO THE MANAGER and it's sorted, also it isn't expensive 12.50 for a basic cut which in a town centre is cheap, and good for the "supercut" which is an excellent deal.
