“It's really easy to use and the speaker phone facility...”

written by bunniesandcrows on 18/11/2003

Good Points
Easy enough to use, looks stylish. Durable.

Bad Points
Dear for what it is. Lack of wallpapers. Hard to download them, also hard to download ringtones. NEED A DATA CABLE.

General Comments
It's really easy to use and the speaker phone facility you get by pressing the call key twice is incredibly handy. It's small, light, lasts ages and has 40 polyphonic ringtones. You can vary the volumes easily mid call to suit you and there's lots of space to store texts (100 I think, compared to Nokia's 15). The WAP is a bit scary, but generally easy to use.

It's very easy to dial by accident (I recently did while the phone was in my bag and it cost me £2!). It does have a lock facility to counter this but it's fiddly. The T9 function has to be turned off every time you text if you don't want to use it. There's also no way of knowing if it's run into 2 texts such as what there is with Nokia.

There's a lack of good wallpapers and they're very hard to download. I also thought this was a camera phone until I bought it so don't make that mistake! Could do with being a bit cheaper too.

I'd say buy it though, if you have the money. I've been very pleased with it and it's durable (withstands dropping!).
