Good Points
The product delivery was as committed.

Bad Points
Bad Customer Service. Website crashes while taking orders, agents can't help with taking simple orders. Product design completely flawed.

General Comments
I would discourage everyone to order anything from Calvert USA .I spent 20 mins on the website entering order information only to realize that it crashed on me and is unable to take my orders. I spent 15 minutes on hold for an agent to help, who redirected me to another agent, which I was unable to connect to. Finally I order the product (22.5' x 27.5' Attic Stairs) by speaking to a manager, and spend $400 (product and shipping). I paid $100 for a handyman to install (2 hrs) only to realize that the product is flawed. The product once installed restricts the opening to attic such that only shoe boxes can be stored in the attic. An average built person cannot squeeze through the opening with even a small box. The product does not serve the purpose of accessing the attic in any way. It is ridiculous and unimaginable how they are able to market and sell the product. Even their prototype would have exposed this flaw. Do not recommend it to anyone. approximetly $250 down the tube and the company didn't have the courtesy to reply back to my complaint.
