Good Points
Cheap.

Bad Points
Poor customer service.
Inexperienced or useless claim advisers.

General Comments
Swiftcover is the cheapest car insurance quote that I had, however, they have the most appalling customer service and are next to useless if you have an accident and need to make a claim. Their record keeping is abysmal and you will find that they rarely will call you back or keep you updated if you have a problem. They are cheap but be aware you will pay for it if you ever need to use their customer service.
