Good Points
Cheap and easy to set-up, and also to change car details online.
Bad Points
Customer service following claim was very bad. I had to do all the chasing, and they didn't keep me informed. It took 4 weeks to get the car in the garage and repaired after I had to chase them up.
General Comments
Swiftcover car insurance is good for price, but bad if you have an accident. Also, they don't arrange insurance when your car goes in for service, and you use a loan car. You have to arrange insurance yourself. They don't make this clear when you take out the insurance. I will be going back to a more established company next time, and I will pay that little bit extra knowing that I will be treated better.
