General Comments
Fell for the hype and spent 4 times as much as needed on a Dyson DC04 vacuum that is terrible to use. The man who got such accolade for designing this obviously lived in a large open plan house. The attachments fall off at the slightest knock and are precariously balanced on the part that you have to take to the bin. The hose ends with a long straight fixed pipe and a large looped handle which makes it impossible to vacuum small gaps, furniture, behind furniture, or stair treads. The brushes are not easy to dismantle so removing hair that gets wrapped around them is an engineering feat. I had to take it back to the shop to get the belt put back on as I didn't have the strength or dexterity. A most unwieldy vacuum if you don't live in a mansion.
