Good Points
Being my second phone, it certainly outperforms the Ericsson range. I have had absolutely NO problems with this phone.

Bad Points
The only bad point I think, is my service provider's unwillingness to allow me access to download ringtones

General Comments
Overall, a great phone. If the SGH R220 is an older model, well!
