On arrival at holiday destination it was raining. Waited under a bus shelter with case on seat and had a 5 minute walk the other end in the rain. When I opened the case in the hotel the rain had seeped in all around the zip, onto the lining and my clothes. Tripp will only do something if there is a manufacturing fault - but this seems to be a design fault so I shall be looking for a new case which will not be a Tripp. Someone should tell you whether to expect waterproof or not.
