I visited the Mayfair branch of Rigby and Peller, a long-awaited treat for myself (I'm 73!). The service in-store was good and I purchased a bra which they arranged to post to me as they didn't have a black one available in store. Imagine my horror on receiving a CHERRY coloured bra! I was gutted and immediately phoned to find out what had happened. The assistant promised to get back to me but didn't. I then had to phone again to chase. All in all I think the service is appalling considering their reputation. I asked for a full refund (which took a while). I am still out of pocket as they failed to refund the postage charged for them sending me the wrong product. NOT IMPRESSED AND CERTAINLY NOT RECOMMENDED!
