General Comments
The XBox 360 is a nice gaming system. It has removable face-plates, sleek name-brand wireless controllers, and the jump on Sony and Nintendo.

The graphics on the 360 were noticeably better than the original XBox, but not THAT much better. Think of the best graphics on XBox and add a couple of points to that, and that would be the XBox 360's graphics. Definitely a disappointment because Microsoft talked up the graphics.

There aren't too many games for the 360 either. I have played many of the released games. Some of which include: Need For Speed: Most Wanted, Madden NFL 2006, Perfect Dark Zero, Condemned, and Call of Duty 2. NFS: Most Wanted and Call of Duty 2 were good, but a lot of the games were ported over from the first XBox. The only new titles for the 360 at launch were Condemned, Perfect Dark Zero, Kameo, and Project Gotham Racing 3.

Even though the XBox 360 costs a bundle, you get a lot in the premium package. You pay 100 USD more to get a hard drive (normally $100), a DVD remote ($30), wireless controller ($10 more than a regular), an XBox Live headset (at least $30), and HDTV cables. You end up saving $60-$80 on the bundle. However, the system itself could be a lot better, so the premium is not the perfect package.

After all that is said, the XBox 360 is nice, but could have been a lot better. It did not quite live up to its hype. However, if you like games like Elder Scrolls, Kameo, and Halo 3, then the XBox 360 might be for you.
