Good Points
Nice to drive. Comfortable and fast. Also fairly fuel efficient. I get easily over 30MPG

Bad Points
Electrice window failed. Gearbox very notchy.Air conditioned failed. I have owned a VW Sharan (Mk1), and this is my second MPV (Mk2) from the same stable. The air conditioning failed in the first one, and has now failed in this one. Looking on the web, I see this is a very common problem. Its a case of 'When' not 'if'. Quoted £1200 to fix by SEAT dealer. Just traded it in for a Toyota

General Comments
I owned the Sharan for 3 yrs, and it was probably the worse car I have ever owned. I wasn't going to buy another VW (they are all VWs under the skin), but this one was practically new and a good price and MK2. They have fixed a lot of the problems of the MK1 designwise, and I hoped the aircon was improved. I have driven approx 30000 miles in the 3yrs I have owned this one and really the only major problem has been the AC, but this is an expensive problem
