Im not with them but they have witheld a exepnse claim through my insurer of expenses when their customer inflicted damages on me, this was settled 12 months later. It has now been 18 months for my exepnse claim and I can't get a reply from ringing them, emailing them and when I did evetually get through they denied knowledge of the expense claim which has since been blanked, me and my insurer are just about to take HSBC to small claims court, utterly terrible service and beyond belief they have customers...
