Lighter life? It`s only about the money, there is no interest in you as an individual, only the insistence of paying for a whole week when you don`t need it. No flexability or understanding if you struggle, no individual support, just an insistence on "sharing" your journey with others with ludicrous rules about what you can and cannot discuss(whilst the counsellor appeared to be immune from this rule). Added to this a counsellor who is on her own ego trip, (enjoy the fancy premises (Mid Sussex),you`re paying for them!), and this really does not add up to a very good experience.

My advise? Cambridge, here you are an individual, one to one counselling. a journey plan just for you, and no humiliation if you wobble. A much healthier approach to very low calorie diets ( no keeping you on them indefinately)and a more flexible, realistic approach to long term life changes. Oh and the bonus: it`s cheaper AND the products are far more palatable.
